Dental Appointment Policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment. However, we kindly request a minimum notice of 48 hours to accommodate other patients in need of dental care.

Notification Methods:

Late Cancellation, Late Rescheduling or No-Show Fee:

Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a fee of £45 for 30-minute and £60 for 60-min appointments. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the inability to allocate that time to another patient.

New Patients:

For all new patients, payment is required in advance to secure your first appointment. This policy ensures that our schedule is efficiently managed and helps us provide the highest level of care to all our patients.

Please note that we value your time and strive to minimize waiting periods during your visit. We kindly request your punctuality for scheduled appointments.
